Whimper
As I put the armadillo down for his nap today I heard what sounded to be like whimpering. It wasn’t coming from the armadillo. I listened for it again as I left his room and there it was. It was almost like a dog whimpering. I immediately thought of the dogs outside. “Were they hurt?” “What happened?” As I took a few more steps heading to go outside I realized where that noise was coming from. What an idiot.
It was my nose.
